Fairway Is an A1 Mortgage company. My wife and I recently purchased a home and the fairway team was there to walk us through what I thought would be a crazy difficult process. However, everything turned out great thanks. Truly, if I was to explain all they've done to assist in our successful closing I'd write several paragraphs. In short... They were GREAT!

I know an employee who works for this company and I wanted to post what a wonderful thing it is to hear how kind and caring they are regarding their employees and understanding about life circumstances people face. If they treat their employees with this mindset I can only imagine what it is like to be a customer. If I ever have a need for their services, I will most definitely use them. As a first time home buyer this was a scary experience. I didn’t know much at all and I was trying to purchase a home while traveling for work. April made sure she did everything she could and more to close within 30 days for me. She is very knowledgeable, prompt, and assured that I was satisfied on all ends of this process. You need a lender who will not only know what they are doing but cares as well. I am a traveling nurse, first time buyer with a beautiful home with a nice amount of equity.....
