VERY bad customer service from Joe Toth!! We actually was doing ok with the finance methods we had in place when we were approached by Zip Loan, but we were open to hearing them out and trying something new. We were told up front that our business was going to boom with these new lenders and we would not have to use the others that we were using anymore. Everyone was going to get approved and we were going to make killer money!! Well, I guess we should have seen those statements as red flags and sent him packing!! But we didn't and we gave it a try! Well as of today, we have NOT got one single customer approved through any of the finance companies Mr. Toth provided to us...NOT 1 customer!! After awhile of complaining about this to him, we decided this company was just not going to work for our company and talked to him about getting us out of our contract and he agreed to do that if we gave it 2 more months, we did better than that...we gave it several months with no luck!! So, when we called Mr. Toth back after about 4 or 5 months, we told him we were sorry it didn't work out for us but we were ready to get out of this contract as we all had agreed upon, but Mr. Toth was very rude and changed his tone about holding up his end of the deal. That was in September, so here were are now in November and he will not respond to my emails and has not called me as I have emailed him and asked him to. My business is now being sent collection letters from the leasing company and threatening to send to collections if the balance is not paid in full in the amount of $4700. I have paid this company over $130 every month, on time as with any other bill I have to pay. I have never been late on any bill nor have I ever not paid my bills. I had to give a star, but wish there was a negative star because that is what they would have gotten. I am not so much mad at this company, as I am with the guy they hired, Joseph Toth, he is very rude and has strung me along for long enough, I am now resorting to other avenues. Do not trust this man, he will lie to you to get you to do what he wants, and has even told my manager that the customers that have applied may have lied on their applications and he would check into it, but he has never got back to her on what happened for them to all be denied!! This has been my experience with this man who works for the company, Zip Loan as I have read the other reviews as all good and I wish I could have said the same things you guys did, but this is the truth. Maybe the other reviewers did not have to deal with him.
