Manager was responsive and professional. Only constructive comment is the website for this company could use some work. Logging in, you cannot find easy access to one's current balance...have to go to the payment portal to find the current balance which is not user friendly. Would also be nice to make application and see projected costs before having to talk / visit the local branch. Otherwise...thanks for the responsive handling of my loan request.
