These folks are GREAT to work with and have helped us many times. Unlike some places, they work with you and are never demeaning or demanding. They have helped us when we needed to borrow money and they have helped us when we were having hard times and just needed a little more time to pay. I highly recommend them. Gail and Bryan are both very nice people and so are their other staff members.

I can't speak for the total business but Heather the manager of the office in Morganton is the most unprofessional inconsiderate woman I've ever met she utterly intentionally purposely wasted my time and cost me money I was attempting to get a loan she needed paperwork that I did not have instead of telling me that she could not help me she intentionally made me drive 60 miles and when I got to the office she said I'm sorry this paperwork that you have won't do she could have told me that on the phone but she didn't and she knew that I didn't have the proper paperwork so therefore Heather at One main financial in Morganton is very very unprofessional and I would not recommend her helping anyone
