If I could leave no stars I would. You can't get a real person from this branch. Every phone number takes you to the call center. I've got the same person 3 times from the call center. Ot says they open at 9 and its almost 10 and still can't get the branch. Call the king branch and its the same phone number that takes you to the call center. I don't have words to describe how bad allegacy is. This is beyond frustrating. Even the call center has no phone number for the branch and they have to ask me what bank I'm trying to get ahold of.

Let me just start this out and say every time I go to this branch it is A1 service! Holly Gammons is the best . She made my birthday impeccable, she done everything she could to help me get a loan for a car! If I could give her more than 5 starts I would ! She has the best personality and a very good work ethic to a no quit attitude!
