Surrey Bank & Trust, Mount Airy, NC

This bank is involved in a million dollar scam. Not saying they’re willing participants but they are aware of scams going on. I didn’t get much information from whomever answered the phone because she lied and said the account has been “compromised”. Somebody needs to be held accountable or at least responsible to prevent this from happening.

Never could activate my business account card. Pete the CEO even lied to me. Staff was unfriendly and insubordinate. I feel horrible about my dealings with this bank. Still have account but pulled everything out but $20. Can't image someone actually being treated right due to how bad I was treated. Your invisible to these people.

Went there today an was talking to Ann couldn't hear to well at the drive thru, the other lady got on the speaker an was very rude, because no one could go into the bank they said it was closed an it was on a Wednesday

The most friendliest place with no non judgemental people and are very helpful! I miss Cindy but I still love all of them and all are so friendly and respectful. Great with kids and explaining financial needs to kids who want to open up a savings account.

This is a great bank to do business when it comes to loans 👏🙌. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go with Surrey Bank & Trust ! Jon was so great from start to finish and Bill was so great as well. They answered all of my questions and concerns and suggested so many plans to me. Jon was on the top answering my questions and helping me out. Bill was there to suggested a good plan for my commercial property. They are there foe you!! Thank you so much very friendly staff and very honest.
