I didn’t want to give them one star but had to. I’ve had an issue with a few over drafts which is my fault but the bank decided to start holding my paycheck for 24 hours because of this without notifying me which caused me to over draft more. This is a pretty nasty way to treat people, they could have at least notified me of the situation. I will be switching banks ASAP.

Every employees has been so helpful with all my needs. I’ve banked here for years, and highly recommend.

There was a time years back when First Citizen was a relatively friendly bank with a small-town atmosphere. That time has long gone; it’s now a fully corporate banking experience where you are a number, not a person. I recommend the excellent Mountain Credit Union.
