This branch is so helpful. I was frantic because another bank had taken money out of my account unauthorized and went to put a stop payment and Shirley was so nice and helpful and reassured me this would quickly take effect and the problem would be solved. It was a quick in and out and everyone was so professional! The issue was resolved quickly and I can’t complement this bank enough.

Worst customer service. Act like they are doing you a favor and it's too much work. Called to make appt. and the person never made the appt so when I showed up the personal banker made it seem like she was doing me a favor. All she did was complain how much work they have since covid-19, having to answer the phone and emails. Taking business elsewhere.

We have been customers for years now, and let me just say this”they do not support fraudulent activity even in small amounts”. They denied crediting small $$ charges made by an unauthorized user in June 2017! 2/20/2018 and still to no avail. The MasterCard symbol means absolutely nothing. And as customers we mean nothing!

Was going in to open an account, backed into the parking spot instead of pulling in, and they called the cops on is and asked us to leave. Because I BACKED INTO MY SPOT!! Seriously, yall want to lose an account over how I choose to park?
