CresCom Bank, New Bern, NC

They seem to have a problem managing mail and communicating in the bank. Between my brother and me, we've sent numerous letters, had numerous phone calls, and really struggled to get my family's affairs in order. Sending certified mail, sending UPS overnight, with proof of delivery, they still can't find the documents. Then they find some and then they can't find them. Very disorganized.

Cannot get online to check my account balance cannot call the bank can I get in contact with the customer service cannot do anything very horrible
