I went in the branch to open an account and Ms. Banks was so friendly and answered all the questions I had while waiting to be seen. I noticed when I made my way to the counter to make a deposit the teller needed assistance and Ms. Banks was very helpful and offered the young lady assistance with a SMILE! Customer service was the best I've seen in a long time! Her smile is and pleasant personality is such a blessing! ***Shunreka Horton was amazing as well! She helped me with online banking opening a secondary account and explained everything so well!*** These young ladies are JEWELS!

I went into the New Bern branch being in town today and I had the most wonderful teller I have experienced in a long time with ANY banks. Ms. Aleseia Banks was a delight, she made me feel personable at the bank which is hard to do being that you in and out. When she counted my money back to me she handed it right to me, which is hard to find some tellers to hand you directly your returns. With the great experience I had today I will return to see my new friend I made today. She was super polite with and great smile. I loved her spirit and she's beautiful ;)

First Flight has always been great to bank with, however nothing can compare to the absolutely outstanding service we have received from Catherine Jones. In the process of purchasing a new home she has gone above and beyond to not only ensure our finances are where they need to be, but she also has picked up the slack from other agencies that I have had to deal with. She has made this process effortless on our part by doing everything with diligence and in a timely manner. I have been so anxious going through the process of selling and buying a new home, but Catherine is always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I can not recommend her enough!

I've been in to the New Bern, NC branch on hwy 17 and I must say I haven't had a bad experience. Each time I go in I look for Aleseia (think her last name is Banks, haha) to help me. She always has the biggest smile and although I've gone in with not such a great attitude she always addresses my concerns in a timely fashion and makes it seem so simple. I could bank anywhere, but I choose to stay with because of people like her!

I came in and spoke with Shunreka about moving my business accounts from my current bank to FFFCU. She was very knowledgeable about banking products. She also provided a personable touch to our conversation making me feel comfortable. It felt like we had known each other for years. After about 20 mins or so I was sold and I will be moving my accounts here!
