Predatory practices. And that about sums it up. They will absolutely refuse to disclose prices until supervisor comes on. Airfare prices are inflated 100% and the loans consist of payday loan type interest. If you don't belive me, just try to pry out the information. For what i could find ticket prices for 4 passengers was $1200, they wanted me to buy tickets at over $2500, and with 1 year payments totaled over $4000. Also keep in mind the payments would be direct allotments from mypay. I considered using them when stuck in Hawaii, but the math on the math on their payment allotments was simply not adding up to me. Very high pressure sales tactics, so stand your ground on the information you request. If it's enough of an emergency to use their service, it's enough of an emergency to get a Red Cross loan on NMCRS loan and deal with their money management lecture.

In 2012 my husband and I took out two loans with this company being completely blinded by what we were signing. First of all they would never talk about an actual price. With all the math calculations I have made for the two sets of three plane tickets that were purchased the total amount should have been around 3000. It is now summer of 2014 and we are still paying this off. The amount we pay per month is 461.54. Somehow they have managed to make us pay over 9,000 for 3,000 worth in plane tickets.
After talking with an agent they have stated that some of the money is being taken out for some type of "Death Fund" that we will not ever get back. Right now there is over 4,000 in said fund. With that being said, the second time we went with this company they re-financed the loan to be over 8,000. This was never mentioned once to us. All documents were to be signed electronically but had a print protection on it so that one may not print the documents to review them before hand. Even on the electronical document not everything was visable.
Yes, that should been clue number one. This was my ignorance. I am writing this review so that someone else doesn't fall for their lies and scams as my family did.

I'm so glad we used united military travel for our trip to the Dominican Republic. It was easy to get a loan and our monthly payments are very affordable. We stayed at the hard rock hotel and it was better than we had expected from pictures. Will be using this company in the future!

They provide you with tickets, car rental, and anything else you need. This service is in place for people that NEED to travel right away but dont have the money. Yes, as with any loan company there is interest, but its worth it if you are not able to come out of your pocket and pay. They not only booked the flight for me, but also rented a car, with free upgrade, so that I could get around once I got there. Im glad that this service exists!
