We have been part of Lendmark for about 5 years! We have had nothing but the best service from this organization! The manager Amy Lee has been so professional and accommodating! We love working with Lendmark!!!

Do your research & get a loan through a more trustworthy lender. Associate not knowing or giving a vibe of unprofessional doesn’t sit well for a business.* to add I had a loan for a car, wasn’t told about title processing.

Ridiculous rates and if you fall behind they’ll call everyone you know and badger them to death with phone calls. 30%+ interest. We got a $3000 loan in 2019 have paid since then now it’s mid 2022 they say we still owe $3800. Stay away from these people at all costs !

Been working with them for 2 years, awesome place. They work with you and help when they can. My Wife needed a car, they got me the loan and she has a car for her birthday.

This branch is the worst. They call me excessively (harassment) even though I have already made my payment. The last rep. I spoke with did not have record of a payment I made, even though I gave him the date it was made and the name of the individual I made it to. He still could not find the payment and then stated to me, "it's your credit". Obviously they're he'll bent on ruining it. I never seem to deal with the same person twice due to the amount of turn-overs. I'm so fed up with this branch I wish I never did business with them!! Next stop better business bureau.

Jennifer Whitley and staff are awesome. Came in clutch for loan I needed by 2pm. The process was streamlined to make it smooth and fast. Once approved and documents verified the money was deposited via debit card in seconds. Thanks you Jason for your help! Blessings to all and have a great Christmas!

I was grateful for the loan bc I needed the money at the time. But I feel they take advantage of that and charged way too much. Sydney was the agent that helped me. I was not satisfied with her service at all. About 10 months later I paid off the loan and still owed almost as much as I borrowed. That's with all on time payments. I would recommend them but as a last resort. Try the credit unions first.
