I had a wonderful experience working with Bryant. He was kind, professional and made the process seamless. I was in a bind and was able to complete my loan documents quickly by phone and the funds were directly deposited into my account within minutes. I would choose One Financial over the other lenders any day.

Just not for me. Nothing wrong with the place that stands out other than the fact that no matter what ur credit score is the interest rate will be an astronomical 30%. If u have good credit this is not the place to borrow from. Other than that I have nothing negative to say.

The office staff is so friendly and helpful however their online systems are not as friendly. I applied online and the communications were very slow. The interest rates are somewhat lower compared to other quick lenders. Go in person if you are serious about a loan. Would not recommend online or phone communications.

Absolutely Horrible. First, they apparently moved from the Creedmoor Rd address 3 weeks ago to Glenwood Ave, but have not updated their address, anywhere. Once we finally got to the correct location, the representative that asked to help us seemed like it was his very first day on the job. When he was trying to assist us and was having to ask others for help the "manager" there ended up advising us that they were, and this is a quote, "too busy to help us" - even though we were the only customers in there and there were at least 7 people working. The "manager" was very rude and acted as if we were just a nuisance to him as well as speaking very condescendingly to the other employees that were working there. The only thing this "manager" should be allowed to manage is his own ego and attitude. He tried to pass us off to another branch to finish up the process instead of helping their own account holder that had just driven 2 hours to get everything taken care of on the spot. (Drove here as a vehicle purchase was being made and they needed to inspect it, and the seller lived near this location.) After they were incompetent to help their own account holder, the "manager" smugly asked if any of the others there (the sellers of the vehicle) needed to get a loan for anything and to see him if they did. As if they would even want to work with that level ignorance. They should get a new manager to go along with the new location.

I applied online , I uploaded the documents required then I received email says please give us a call to process your request, even that the email had a name of the person who send it and I told them thay they didn’t know who is that person, they put me on hold then they contacted me to some ignorant. The person that got on the phone his name was charile that was so rude , putting me on hold without asking me one minute he’s speaking then one minute you hear music, he was chewing while speaking that I have decided to hangup and called a different leander and got a great customer service on LendingClub and loan approved same day. If Raleigh office keep treating customers like this they will be out of business in no time.

The WORST possible option to borrowing money. Join a credit union and apply for an unsecured personal loan but, DO NOT borrow from these crooks. I have a loan that will cost me as much as the loan itself by the time I pay it back because the interest is so high. I did a deferment for a payment which was supposed to skip a month a d put it at the back of the loan. After making the agreed upon payment, they took ANOTHER payment out 2 weeks later and told me, basically, that the process for getting my money refunded requires a bunch of hoops to go through so, just look at it as being paid ahead. Nevermind the financial inconvenience and OTHER bills that my money was set aside to pay. TRASH company and obviously, incompetent employees. FIND A BETTER WAY.
