Jeremy Tarwater was very quick with all responses. Was willing to call at any time, even a 3 way to add my husband. He answered all the millions of question with kindness, compassion, intellect, etc. he was always calm and collected and never rushed me or pushed me in any ways. He laid out the facts and was patient. He even calmed me down when I was hysterical over my credit score (my student loans transferred services and my score dropped) and assured me we could get around it if my credit score didn’t rise in time. He was very quick with all the documents and loan estimates and comparing down payment prices. He even showed calculations of what we would save if we paid extra every month. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and a great, genuine person.
