Honestly so sad that I was actually referred to Heather because of her great customer service but Unfortunately that was NOT my experience. She was extremelyyy rude and biased against me for no reason. Always seemed to rush me off of the phone and lacked empathy. Said I was required to show 6 months worth of bank statements and two years tax returns but only went based off of ONE PAGE and refused to see any other paperwork. I asked her if I could at least show my other documentation and she refused and said she’s a pretty good “judge”. Rambled on about how people who are self employed are always hiding what they make so they don’t have to pay back their taxes but “in this world of trying to get a loan it’s a whole different ball game, it is what it is, I’m not gonna give you a loan” were her EXACT WORDS. I hope the calls were recorded. I truly pray things get better for her, whatever is going on in her personal or work life that caused her treat me so poorly.

Not pleased at all with their business tactics. I was only supposed to be the co-signer of the loan for my wife but they switched me to the primary borrower. I didn't want nor request that. They were not very forthcoming with the details of the transaction. Poor communications, not pleased at all.

Heather is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Mariner Finance for their great customer service.
