my experience was great treated me with upmost repect

I had respect for One Main, but since COVID-19 they have not taken care of their customers. It is very disappointing!!!! They didn't change their skip payment policy, customer service during a terrible time is extremely horrible. Once I pay off my loan I will NEVER do business with them EVER again. It is very sad, but it takes times like these where you can see just how truly caring business are, One Main doesn't care one bit.

What a relief, now i can start over with a new plan that is better than the one before! Thank You! Great help from Shona, Kim, and other staff at Reidsville are Excellent Good People!

First I want to say that I highly recommend that NO one add more debt lol. Let’s be real though, we ALL either come across hard times, decide to consolidate debt for one easy payment, need emergency funds or want to start a business (we are in the age of entrepreneurship). HEATH (yes like the candy bar, don’t judge him 😂😭) at OneMain Financial made getting a loan easy for me. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite (maybe that’s why he’s the manager lol). I am grateful for this company because even though it’s a loan company, I still feel one step closer to being debt free. Smart debt isn’t bad debt. Consolidate (if it’s right for you) and/or find places with lower interest rate than what you’re paying. One main Financial was the place for me. Also they report to the credit bureau so paying your loan on or before time will benefit your credit. Go to One Main Financial, see Heath and tell him that some long random review on google made me come.

One Main in Reidsville is a very professional loan office. They are all good at caring for our needs. Fast and knowledgeable to the business. Great place to get help with financial situations.
