They are the most unprofessional and over rate companies I have yet to deal with. Their lack of communication with other offices is so frustrating. Jessica in North Carolina would not close my account because it was close to closing and the account was established at a location in a state I no longer lived in. However NC is where I make all my payments. On top of that I was told that they could only receive a payment of 750 which made it harder to close my account. I would Strongly and highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The office was short staffed but even still the 2 that were there handled phone calls and customers with excellence.

This company is very unprofessional when it comes to the process of getting your loan application. Had to keep calling them after I was promised a call back at a certain time. Never received courtesy calls to find out if the loan was approved. I had to call back to get results. Jessica is professional and willing to help but the rest of the staff besides the lady at the front desk taking payments were just sitting around. I was told they were very busy and when I got there no one was there they were just sitting around talking. I do not recommend this place. Regional Finance is in the same area go there. Speedy service and they appreciate your busy.
