Tried calling to get a payoff quote for a customer Tracy was great but she transferred me to a man who is a "manager". He has a terrible attitude and would not answer the questions without being rude. That is a poor reflection of the owners of the company. Your "manager" is trash and needs to be fired. Your employees are corrupt and lie to sell customers policies that they cannot qualify for.

I am always delighted to go with OneMain. I've been with them for years and they always find a way to support my needs. They have great financing options as well as just getting the funds you need quickly!

Easy peesy lemon squeezy. They took the weight off my shoulders and gave me the resources I needed when I needed them. Easy convenient payback schedule. These people are a God send.

Got loan on 8/24/17. Made first payment in October no problem. The last two payments I have had to call twice because payment did not go through on first call. This one caused me a late payment. Moral of story is to be careful that they have no memory of first calls so they can charge you extra money. P.S. Good way to stay in business.

Pre-qualified for an amount three times more than what I intended to borrow for a vehicle. Walked in, was told the car wasn't worth my asking amount, talked the seller down to the price that one main approved for the vehicle loan based on the VIN number. Called one main back and told them the seller agreed to their price and one main changed it up and dropped the approval price on the vehicle by over a thousand dollars. That's THREE different loan approval amounts from one main financial in TWO hours. I will never use them and will tell everyone who asks about finance companies where NOT to go.
