I recently started a small business however I work full time as well. The company I worked for asked Fidelity to come in for a presentation to the employees. I was very impressed and decided to bank with them for my business. I reached out via their website which was very easy and received an immediate response. I was very busy at work and didn’t respond the same day. The very next day I received a call from Missy I believe to follow up and setup a time to come in, however I was still too busy to make it. Missy went above and beyond and offered to send an email letting me know all the information she needed. She said if I could provide that, she would have all my paperwork prepared for me, making my appointment very quick and easy! I can’t even describe how helpful this was for someone like me! Then! I finally make it to the bank, I’m greeted by Denise and she says Missy will be with me shortly, now it just so happened I spoke with Denise earlier and told her I would be in when I got off. When she greeted me, she noticed my work shirt and knew exactly who I was. She went into Missy’s office grabbed my prepared paperwork, helped me sign it, and went through my new acct information. This took all of 5-8 minutes.. with small talk. But that’s not it, before I leave she introduced me to everyone there and Missy made it a point to step over and introduce herself and say “hello”. It is so hard to come by this level of service. I truly felt welcomed and I am very pleased with my decision to bank with Fidelity.

I have banked with Fidelity bank for over 15 years and worked with the staff at the Sanford branch for almost 10 years. These ladies are exceptional; they are friendly and professional and always go the extra mile to make sure that my company's needs are met. I don't think you could find another bank anywhere that still offers and emphasizes such personal service.

Fidelity Bank in Sanford is the most small business friendly bank out there! I have banked with them for years and when we applied for the PPP SBA loan in April 2020, we had the funds within 48 hours. Thank you Missy, Denise and April! You all make Fidelity the best bank in town!

I have been a customer since 2012. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They make you feel valued. I appreciate them so much. You couldn't ask for a better bank. I have had accounts at other local banks and nothing compares to their elite service.

They truly put the customer first and go the extra mile to ensure that all of your business needs are met. I have transferred all of my personal and professional banking to Fidelity.
