I PAWNED my laptop not to long ago and come to find out they made my husband factory reset it after they gave him the money. I was never told that it was going to be factory reset so I lost everything I had on that laptop such as photos of family members who are no longer with us and pictures of my fur baby who is also no longer with us (just glad I didn’t have my kids birth pictures on there). Who the hell factory resets a laptop that is being PAWNED I was going to come back and get it but now there is literally no point in getting it back, because it no longer has my personal stuff on it. I am truly truly disappointed

Visited there today to borrow money on brand new $500 for a few groceries til Friday. The girl behind the counter was standing there flirting with some dude so she called another lady to look at it and give price. In walks a guy with a $30 kids karaoke and she's falling all over to help him. SHELBY PAWN AND COIN is better

RJ Bishop is terrific and Cody Jones is just wonderful and has a wonderful pawn shop and great customer service they deserve more than what they are given I do not regret my time spent here they were amazing.
