Have had problems with this business since getting vecile loan . Now from June to December 9 telling them to come get vechile . They say we are 1600 dollars behind n we made monthly payments as set up with dealership we purchased from . Phone calls on biweekly basis telling us we are not insured which we always have been .Never heard or seen a company so lacking in my 65 years of life

I just opened up a account recently it was so quick they are respectful and I love their team work

Truliant is an amazing bank so helpful and friendly everytime you need to do anything I would recommend this bank to anyone

Worst bank EVER. Lost bank card. You can't turn that option on or off and neither can they. Took a month to get another card in the mail cause the closest branch is 30+ minutes away and couldn't get to it because i work 1st shift. I had no access to the account yet got charged $600 in NSF fees and they did absolutely NOTHING to fix it. They literally paid NOTHING but expect me to pay $600 in fees and they didn't pay 1 penny out of pocket. That's not happening. Avoid this "bank" at all cost. Customer service is a complete joke! Charging people fees for doing nothing for them should be illegal., especially when they get bailed out of every jam they get themselves into. I'd give zero stars if i could!!

Every person I've talked with are very friendly, great personality and helpful. They. know our name and best of all is they want to help my wife and I with anything.

BEST credit union ever! We have been with Truliant for nearly 30 years. Our children and Sis in law also use Truliant. The entire team at the Shelby branch are top notch! We just closed an account at Chase and brought EVERYTHING back to Truliant.

Great experience. Very friendly employes and easy to sign up for membership.
