Coastal Finance Co, Smithfield, NC

I financed my mother's car from Coastal finance in 2017. I recently paid it off. Throughout the process, Coastal was always very friendly and encouraging. I once fell behind a few weeks, and they always stayed professional and talked to me with great respect. The entire office staff was always in a great mood when I called in my payments. I would especially like to thank Kristin, a manager with the company. With people like her working for the company, I would definitely do business with this company again over anyone else. Personally, the best experience I've had with a finance company

I’ve done Business with coastal finance for a number of years now, I’ve done business with others in the past “hands down there the best by far than any I’ve ever done business with. There professionalism, and there true care about there customers is there upmost importance. I too have found myself in trouble at one time and they done everything in there power to help me catch up. Couldn’t ask for better people such as the ones in the Smithfield office. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything you guys have done for me.

We have been working with this office since 2009. They have been wonderful. Initially my credit score was low and they gave me a chance. I paid off that loan 2 year’s early. I received another loan 2016 and that is almost paid off. Each time I called to pay over the phone no issues. 2 times a year they mail a advertisement stating the new programs they offer. In my opinion the bad reviews are from people who may have missed payment and or late on multiple occasions. The reason is because the office staff have to account for the outstanding loan so yes, I would be a little unfriendly to get the loan holder to pay the agreed loan payment as well.

The staff is Rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend. They either need new employees or they need to close the business. Cindy is the absolute worst, she always has an attitude and she acts like she is a God and everyone else is beneath her. I have NEVER experienced such disrespect in my life! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Just to let everyone know, your current balance on line isn't your true payout!! Tried to pay all on line wouldn't let me! So I paid what I could, might I add my due date is a week away, called less than 24hrs later to pay the rest of my balance it was less than $180. They told me the amount I see on line isn't the true payoff balance!! Had to pay $261! That is $80 in 24 hours!! Crazy! I am DONE!! Just be ready to be screwed in the end! Dawn Perry ❤️
