Mariner Finance, Smithfield, NC

I decided after going to Mariner finance and getting a loan that I didn't need the loan. The next day I carried the entire packet back to the Smithfield office. Different lady helped me this time. I told her that I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel the loan. She told me to have a seat that it was going to be a long time before they could help me. Due to a family emergency I asked her to just give me something showing I had brought the packet back along with the check. She was very rude and the next day I called her back. She told me in order to cancel the loan I had to make a payment on the account and I told her I couldn't till around the 24. She informed me I would have to wait till then to cancel the loan. I told her I was not accepting the loan or the check. It seemed all she was trying to do was force me into taking the loan . I will not go back there once the loan I have is paid off. The lady that helped me with the loan was very friendly and understanding.

Get approved was fast and easy! Katrina was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the process. I would recommend it for anyone!

Was a little disapointed that I could not get insurance on my loan, because there was no one on duty who could do the insurance part. I needed the loan that day, and could not wait till next week. I have had loan's there for many year's in Goldsboro NC and never had this problem, now here in Smithfield, NC iIcouldn't get insurance. Very disapointed in that. The Representative was very nice, but couldn't do the insurance. I would be greatful if you could bring me back in to correct this.

Jessica Dixon is the best! She went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend her every time!
