Ace check cashing in Statesville is my go to for bill payments and check cashing. The entire team is incredible but Stacy B always greets me with a smile and a good positive attitude. Great bank. I always trust them with whatever financial things I need. James and Stacy (I cant remember which one, I know there’s two) are great and make quick work of whatever is needed.

If I could give no stars I would. I loved banking with ACE until they hired someone who had "issues" with me and every time I have had to go to her for assistance she was very rude and was not polite to me or my fiancé. I also noticed how racist she was towards black men and women. I will no longer bank with ACE which sucks. But if anyone wants to know her name is Stacey Settlemyer. On her window it has a heart that has "Stacey s" .

Great experience for a first time client on a walk in not knowing what to expect. The staff member James was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made my visit easy and comfortable. Was trying to cash a check and every place i went to stated they would be able to help but were unable to until, I went to ACE Cash Express who know only was able to cash my check she was able to get me a porte debit card.
