Statesville Jewelry & Loan Co, Statesville, NC

I have been going to this Pawn shop for about 4 years now. It is my favorite in Statesville. The staff are always so nice and welcoming when I come in, they give me good deals, and have helped me out more than once! I will continue to go back to this shop. Thanks guys!

I will never go back to this store ever again. They are unprofessional, To say the least. I bought a laptop for 109.95 here and I took it home. On the second day, The fan stops working and the laptop overheated and turned itself off. I take the laptop back to the store and I was showing them the issue and what is was doing, and the noise it was making and he blamed me for breaking the fan which I didn't do. He refused to exchange the laptop or fix it, he also threw my Fiance out of the store when we mentioned the Better Business Bureau, Cause he knew we were in the right. We placed it on the counter and it did the same thing, It started overheating and still the guy did nothing about it. I did not appreciate the way that we were treated at all!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't shop at this store they are rude and unprofessional. THE WORST STORE IN STATESVILLE!!!

My honest opinion you can only deal with certain people since they have different locations. From my experience dealing with the sales persons up town I would never go and do business if GREG is there. He thinks cause your asking for a loan on something of value he's doing you a favor. He has no customer service skills at all. He needs to go-to school for manners and how to talk to people. Me personally I would rather deal with the store on Davie Ave where Jeff works because he treats people with respect. Hands down Jeff gets 5 stars. If I ever meet any one with no customer service skills I'd rather deal with city pawn. They always on the job. No issue with Jeff. He will keep me coming back.
