have been a customer for about 2 years now used them for pawns and buying products. went in about 2 weeks ago to redeem my 65 inch tv when it was pushed out it broke . i drove home and plugged it in only to find out the screen was done . i called up to the store and ann told me to bring it back immediately which i did . they didn't argue with me they told they would look into it and within 3 days i had a brand new tv to replace mine. EXCELLENT customer service and she made sure we had a working tv that was just like the original. WILL BE GOING BACK and using them Highly Recommend . HONEST TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE

Excellent place I'm here all the time. They have a courteous staff. I feel important when I visit unlike other place where your just a pay check to them. The only thing that could be improved is their safe filling procedure. I didn't mind waiting but it took about a half hour to find my silver.

The staff has never been anything but nice, respectful, and so far, fair. I bought a leaf blower there once. A month later I saw a nicer one in the store, they let me trade in my old one and gave me FULL PRICE I paid for the first one towards the old one. You just can't ask for better than that. And to James Gregory who had a very disrespectful and I suspect unfounded and uneducated comment about these people and Pawn Shops in general - if people are rude to you, I bet it is YOU, not them. I'd bet you frequently earn disrespect with these kinds of comments.

Only pawn shop I go to great environment, great people and great prices I will keep coming back 🙌 …

I came in a couple of weeks ago looking for a ring and not only did they have the most beautiful rings I’ve seen I was also treated so nice. The whole staff is wonderful and really helpful, so I will definitely be taking my business in there for now on.

It saddens me to leave this review. I went in today looking for a Mother’s Day ring for myself an the older gentleman that helped me acted like it was a inconvenience to help me an made unnecessary comments about the size ring that I needed the ring to be. Was very unhelpful an very rude an stand offish during the whole 25 minutes of being in the store. He even told me to check other two stores that all the money goes in the same pocket. An I explained that me an my husband only shopped at the Statesville location because we always do business there an we come from a little ways so it’s closer. Which saddens me because me an my husband have bought from here before an actually bought my wedding ring from here an had a wonderful experience with Mr.Clower. So we returned wanting to buy again. This time the older man that helped me was beyond rude an didn’t introduce his self or anything. The store wasn’t busy or anything. So not like I was holding him up or nothing. I asked to look at a total of 5 rings all in the same case an each time he made comments on the sizing it would need to be resized to. I had money in hand to buy an have it sized to. It just hurts to have someone to be little you an make fun of you for the size ring you need when all your doing is trying to find a Mother’s Day ring for yourself. Very disappointed in this store! We will not be returning to this location in statesville.
