I must say I had the best interaction with a lady named Yvette! She was professional (even when I was being a little difficult in my time of frustration) quick and efficient not to mention a very friendly individual. She got the job done and made me laugh so I appreciate her customer service.!

She was so cool and definitely helped me did not make me feel weird at all. Bridget is amazing!

Great customer service but the fees here is outrageously bad. My reason for the low ratings is that they charge so much for checks to be cashed. It could be 10% so if you have a large check please try to get it cashed at your bank. I had a very diffcult check to cash and Walmart wasnt able to do it. And the bank the check was written out to wasnt located in Wilmington.Next time I will just do a mobile deposit at my mobile bank and wait the extra 3-5 business days. First and last time I'll be here. Only recommend if you have a hard to cash check they CAN definitely do it and the customer service agent was experienced and knew what she was doing!
