I should have read the reviews before even wasting my time with these people. The property manager at Bennet village is the owners daughter im assuming and they both work together on not letting people move in on purpose. They pick and choose who to let move in even if someone is next up on the list. They lose applications on purpose and dont want to fix the problem. Very sick people. I wasted a whole year on their list just for them to lie to me when it is my turn to receive my unit.

I would give lower but they require at least one. The harassment is unbelievable with this company. Carolyn and her daughter Kayla make up these crazy stories to “self evict” by piling up on violations just to move their “friends” in. You never believe the horror stories until it’s you. So shocking to see people with a “tiny” bit of authority, abuse the heck out of it like this family do.

Wilmington, NC complex is horrible. Don’t move here. I have lived here for almost 5 years. The management is rude, bitter, and consistently trying to enter the apartments unannounced. I have seen so many visitors have their cars towed that I didn’t invite people over. Coming into your apartment you are looking for things to have been moved or maintenance has been in to “repair” or “replace” things without telling you. They have been accusatory without having proof. I have had my comings and goings monitored and visitors were followed. Not mention that the construction of the units and maintenance has been so haphazard that I have had plaster from my ceiling crack and fall because of a roof leak and a badly sealed toilet. The outside wall to my unit looks like the joints are separating and the window frames are chipped. If you want to be bullied, stalked, or threatened this is the place for you.

My daughter lived there and it was a nightmare....The apt was filthy when she moved in, the fixtures were not fixed, it took months for the office to fix her front door lock and all the other things that was wrong and the tow trucks wait for you to have a visitor and drag your car out of the lot...They are hardly ever in the office and when they are they are rude and not concerned.....The health dept should investigate this company for health risks...The lady below her had to move out because of MOLD......This company needs to investigate the people in charge of their property in Wilmington NC....... ££££££

The Wilmington NC complex is HORRIBLE. The neighbors are nosey, we have visitors parking and it’s a 2 hour time limit. The towing company (ROSAKS) is rude. The maintenance takes forever to fix things, and they try to evict you over the smallest things.. I would have stayed where i was living first before signing a lease and knowing that i was walking into this.

Management is AWFUL! Been waiting on my security deposit for several weeks. I sent emails, text & Received nothing back but constant disrespect! Highly DO NOT recommend ever again! My lawyers will be in motion if I do not receive my pay the end of the week! To whomever owns norco im highly disgusted & won’t tolerate anymore disgusting behavior!

I live in Longview in Maysville. I love it here, don't like the people that smoke weed outside, other then that love my apartment and the manager.
