This business is absolutely of no use, I just wasted several days communicating with them over the phone. They didn’t provide details or other options that were helpful. I will never waste my time with this company again.

Very personable staff, has gone far & wide to assist us in processing our loans. We have never had a bad experience here. Not sure why the first review is so negative, be your own judge and be fully prepared to apply for a loan and do your research first.

Process was easy, all online, so very convenient. My loan officer was polite, spoke clearly when the need for a call was in order and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and made me feel confident about my decision.

If you are looking for harassment, rudeness and unprofessional callers calling your work place and your phone over 4 times a day like it was a life or death emergency then get a loan from OMF. Specially and specifically their local manager at Racine Dr. branch. He need training on how to deal with public, how to deal with delicate situations and be more of a support rather than a moody manager. He has no skills to deal with sensitive situations. He will threaten you with repossessing your property even when it’s not time for repossessing anything. His north isn’t customer service. His north is how much I can bother customers and threaten them. I’m done. This is the saddest most unpleasant loan ever. And I will say the same about the manager. No name. You already know who runs your ravine branch… a zero customer service oriented individual which unfortunately is giving bad reputation to OMF.

the phone call i just had (Racine Dr branch ) stumped me. One Main has been there for me when i needed them. Up until today's loan payoff, the sum total alliance had been excellent . it really only takes a smug woman with overbearing blustering sales talk jive to decimate the communication and rapport we had.
