I filled out an application online Wednesday and Friday Rick called back got all my info he said he was emailed me the things I needed to turn in I emailed everything back he needed. He said he would call me back Monday morning when he entered that what i email back and he told me to be there before 5 30 to sign my paper. I told him ok because i will have to leave work to sign the papers he said thats fine just be here before 5 30. He never called me this Morning so I called and he was on lunch I said I would be there at 430 they said he should be back from lunch then. When I got there he was so rude and nasty telling me he didn't say that and I say I called and they said you was on lunch so I told the lady I was on my way, he told well they don't do my lunches I do. I didn't ask for all that attitude. I just need to know what I needed to do. So I called back to talk to Quinton and he assured me he was going to take care of things so I will see how that go. Everyone was friendly, courteous and respectful I just didn’t like the patronized on how that loan that y’all approved for me will be spent even though y’all said y’all would pay off Couple of credit cards which you did not do you put some on it but you didn’t pay it in full which is something I want it done but I appreciate the help sort of
