I’m not sure if my son and I dealt with the owner or an employee. Either way, the person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with my son, helping him with the guitars. Never once did the worker seem put out or annoyed by dealing with a 15-year-old kid. Unfortunately, several times in the past, my son has been disregarded for being a child. Anyone could see how much my son wanted this guitar. However, he wasn’t pressured to make a decision right then and there. My son was even encouraged to take some time to think about it. I definitely would trust any business dealing with this store!

I pawned my xbox last month in working condition, I get home to find out it'll no longer turn on and isn't working. I contact to see if there's anything they can do. They did not care, basically told me "Oh well, it aint like we went back there and were playing on it". If you don't care about your customers, it shows. Update: to respond to you. When I pawned the items none of them were tested to ensure they worked before yall took the items and gave me the money. So the employee who loaned me the items evidently didn't follow policy from the beginning. So how an I to know what the rest of what you say is true? I was treated disrespectly regardless when I called about the issue.

Shop manager very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop assistant was hostile, belittling, and all around disrespectful. This is a very sad time we live in. I was in a good mood, seeking information more than actual money today. I found out that professionals are few and far between

What amazing staff!!!!! Never in my life have I seen so many exciting deals. While things are used, the prices can't be beat! In today's economic climate we find it hard to afford the things that keep our businesses running and find affordable luxury gifts for loved ones. Well at pawn usa most everything is truly affordable and reasonable! Keep up the great work!!!!
