Ms. Dena York, the Branch manager, is so wonderful. She was able to help locate our new remote deposit scanner within 20 minutes of our initial conversation and provided the best support numbers for questions/issues regarding our scanners needs. Worst experience ever trying to open an business account.... I knew the way she looked at me that she wasn't going to open my account and I was right. Asking for documentation that no other bank account I have does. So sad.. Racisim does exist.
