We received a rate lock and even a slight extension based on a closing date which exceeded the original rate lock. Ryan is incredibly responsive, thorough, and great at making sure you as a buyer understand the process you're in when buying a house. We came straight back to Ryan when we were ready to move from our first home, which he had worked with us to purchase 6 years ago...we didn't even bother looking for another lender because we were confident in and comfortable with Ryan.

I shopped around first at some of the other companies and I felt like I was getting a run around or that my business did not matter. One call to Ryan and he jumped right on it. I felt like my business mattered and I was more than a $$$ to him. I sent Ryan a text message at 630pm on Saturday not expecting a response until Monday and I had a reply back in minutes. He knew where we were in the process and was able to answer my question probably without looking at any of my info. I doubt anyone at these big companies would be able to give that kind of service especially on the weekend.
