I don’t know what’s up with the ladies behind the counter here but they ALL have the most unpleasant demeanor every single time I go into this location (whether it be through the drive-thru or walking into the building).That is why I avoid it as much as possible. You should avoid it too. I can’t wait to switch banks.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sarah was one of the most thorough and helpful bankers I've met. Very professional and personal service here.

This place sucks always a problem when making a simple deposit. If you bank here I suggest not walk but RUN away. Terrible customer service...

On December 19th an inspection was performed for Jeffrey Martin on behalf of his client. Jeffrey is the Vice President Mortgage Loan Originator at this location. His firm was paying for the inspection and he asked if they could pay at close of the loan on December 23rd, a common practice in the inspection industry. Being he worked for such a financial institution I felt assured they would pay their contractors. When payment wasn't received after the holidays I began inquiring. Each time he reassured me the check was cut and should have been sent. Here we are on February 1 and no payment has been made. He is not responding to emails and may be avoiding my calls. If this financial institution is unloyal to the contractors providing services to them I wouldn't trust them as a client. 0 STARS!! Deplorable business tact.
