You have been warned- Stay away and go to first citizens bank instead. This is a Terrible bank since they sold out to first Tennessee. The people at the branch are good, corporate is the problem. We had business and personal accounts there and the bank was always messing things up

The customer service at the Hanes Mill, Winston-Salem branch is good. Debbie Bevill is outstanding. She is the reason we have kept all of our accounts their. The hours the branch is open is not convenient at all. It is closed when I am on the way to and from work.

DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION!!! they have 2 lazy pathetic tellers (if you can call them tellers) that are so miserable either with their lives or job or both, that they will take it out on the customer. Not friendly, not professional and the branch Mgr should fire these 2 worthless ladies asap!!! Go to gbo location.

I wouldn't go to the ATM went recently to make a withdrawal ATM machine mess up and now I'm in a long process trying to see if I can get my own money back
