I was informed by an account manager that I didn't need an appointment to have a 401k rolled over to an IRA. I just had to go to a teller's window. I walked in this morning ( with no other customers in the lobby) only to be told that there was no one to help me because they only had 3 people working and had just picked up a new account. The teller made me feel as if my accounts weren't important to them. After 7 years of being a loyal customer, I am now looking for another bank. I was extremely disappointed in the young lady's attitude and rudeness!!

its too small and the staff is always changing it seems. not a single male has ever been seen in the 2 years I've lived in Dickinson so that's a bit odd. other than it's fine, money counts have never been wrong and they can get you a new card on the spot so that's convenient vs driving another 10 minutes to the south end of town. they oughta build a proper bank on the north end even if its a small one
