They weren't very understanding, and made it difficult for me to be a customer. After getting a call I was overdrawn I drove right out to pay. After, they pulled into an office to explain to me how I couldnt be a customer anymore because my bank back home had delayed the wire transfer and they wanted customers with direct deposit to their bank. Incredible.
