I've only gotten two payday loans .but every time I've received a courtesy calls prior to my due date . and they were willing to move my day due date around A-day or so if needed If you communicate with them. They were very courteous and very helpful and patient. I mostly take advantage of the bill pay . Last week a lady in front of me paid $300 In bills in All one's!! The 2 ladies were very nice and help the customer out as fast as possible. If that's not patience I don't know what is .

Cashed our check a week early, with no notification, causing overdraft fees (it wasn’t due for another week, we didn’t have the money yet), plus transfer fees from our savings account as overdraft protection, plus overdraft fees for the upcoming to transactions that we borrowed the money for in the first place. Despite even admitting it was their mistake, they absolutely refused to remedy it in anyway. Total cost for borrowing was the $100 in interest on the short term loan, and the eventually $150 in fees from our bank due to Americash’s massive screw up. Will never use again, will never recommend anyone use again, and will do everything in my power to stop anyone from going in there that I possibly can.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to my friends and family in need of the financial services they offer.

Great place to get a loan if you need up to $500 they are fast also

Amazing customer service, went in to get a loan and the new manager is absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, made the loan process 10x easier then the first time I loaned with this company! Will definitely continue loaning with them!

If you’re wanting to cash a check DONOT sign it until you get inside or you will be turned away!

From first interaction to getting a notice everything had cleared, they go above and beyond. Will definitely be talking again if I'm in need of a loan and great service!
