We first worked with Mike from eLendingNow back in 2009 when we purchased our first home (our realtor recommended him from the beginning). Since then he has helped us navigate a refinance, as well as the purchase of our new home. Mike is incredibly easy to work with. Great to work with, very responsive to calls and messages, knowledgeable in all areas, getting approved and going through my entire loan process was no problem. Mike worked great with myself, co-signer, and my agent to get everything taken care of in a timely manner, even with a complex situation of having a co-signer in another state. Everything went great without issues, Mike was proactive when looking through documents, if he noticed anything that might come up he got it taken care of before the underwriters even had time to request the items.

Used Elending under a recommendation from my realtor. Glad I did the team there made it easy. I was worried not being in the state I would have to make several trips up there. They set it up to do online. Closed in my home state. Fast to answer any and all questions I had. Would use them again!! UPDATE: Rates have dropped and I stand by what I said. Called Mike up and did a refinance. Again everything was quick and easy. Got me a great rate and I am now saving money. Thanks Mike!! 2nd UPDATE: Wanted to buy another property. Called Mike up and was able to get it done again! He worked through a quick and complicated loan. Always works hard and makes it seamless for me.
