Shout out to Moriah mcdonnald! Thank you for the hard work and pushing to help myself and my family out. I started using this bank a few months ago and it’s been nothing but awsome I talked my fiancée into transferring over to this bank and it’s been the best decision we have made they are all great people friendly willing to help anyway they can! This is the best experience I’ve had with any bank thank you!

It’s a great bank. I would just like if on the days when they are opening later, for them to post it online so we would know and not show up at regular opening times, and they are closed.

Terrible customer service... I financed my vehicle with them & set up automatic payments. They set up two a month... so I asked them to cancel one of them and was told to fill out a cancellation form, which I did. I then got a call that my payment was late because it never pulled because they cancelled both payments... and when I told the girl who called me how frustrating this was because this was the second issue I have had with them in less than a 6 month period... she became very rude telling me she was doing me a favor by calling me to tell me my loan was passed due... I would NOT recommend banking with them in any form.

Says closes at 7pm during the week days. Showed up at 6:48 and they were completely closed. I don’t know about you but that’s not cool.

Emailed about a fast food place’s app triple charging me, and how I had been given the run around by the managers for nearly a week. Got directed to the dispute call line and spoke with a wonderful rep, Amber I believe was her name. She truly felt bad for my situation and thoroughly explained their process and what would happen from there. After trying for a week with the store, the case rep settled the dispute in less than 24 hours and I got my money deposited directly. Honestly the easiest and most stress free process I’ve ever went through.

There are not enough words to express how I feel coming into this bank. I’ve been to many locations, and they are great. But, I’m talking about the main branch on Broadway, Minot, ND. It’s like visiting with friends and family when I visit this bank. The staff is so helpful, professional, and really go out of their way to accommodate your concerns. Now, here is the big one… The staff goes out of their to even remember my name and all of their customers. It’s not a deal breaker for me. But, it really makes you feel special. God Bless Everyone.
