Town & Country Credit Union, Minot, ND

I had a wonderful experience getting my auto loan through Town & Country. KayLee was always prompt and happy to update me on what she needed from me to make everything final. I had to wait longer than I initially anticipated due to my car being on backorder at the dealership--she was always patient with me and always remembered exactly where we had left off. 10/10 would recommend.

UPDATE! I CONTACTED THE COMPANY LIKE REQUESTED AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE OVER MONTGS LATER! PROOF THIS WAS NOT THE BANK FOR MY FAMILY! I opened an account here and only had it a week! The lady, Nicole, at the front entrance (THAT SHOULD GREET AND HELP) was rude, the lady I opened my account with was rude, and I closed my account after 2 bad visits. This credit union was the worst I have ever been to. I emailed corporate and got no response so I was reassured it's not just 2 rude employees.... It's the company! This credit union doesn't work with other credit unions. We are paying for wire transfers, No thanks! My bank and MOST other banks do that as a FREE service.
