Worst credit Union I’ve ever banked at! My husband and I have banked with them for 2 years. In the past year they’ve been hacked and cards have stopped working randomly for no reason multiple times. Their tellers are rude and give out false information if they don’t know the actual answer. I wouldn’t recommend wccu to anyone

Awesome bank an even better people. It's the best bank there is in my opinion. Very kind and helpful. Eddy and Barb are amazing people to work with an very good at what they do an will take care of you for sure.

How are you going to be closed on Saturday and at 4:30 on weekdays??? When tf is someone like me who works 7-5 supposed go to the bank??

I prefer credit unions, but not this one. I first tried to get a home loan from them and they would not deal with me because of where I work. I then got my home loan from a bank and just recently tried giving them another chance. I have 3 savings accounts with them with plenty of money. I tried cashing a check last week and they tried charging me $10 to do it because I'm not a good enough customer.

Been banking with them for years my husband has banked with them 40 plus years..few problems over the years nothing major...the people are friendly..Pat at the bison drive bank is always nice to see with a big smile and friendly greeting..thanks for a great job!!

Probably the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. Very poor communication within the company. People who work there tell you one thing and do another. Definitely not trustworthy. Don't waist your time. Google needs to make negative stars.
