I have been in Randolph pawn shop on numerous occasions to both buy and sell. I have always been treated fairly on both ends of the spectrum. It is nice to see a woman working there now, especially for jewelry as often times women know what women want when it comes to jewelry purchases. She was very sweet and helpful helping me decide on the perfect item. I highly recommend you to go in and take a look at what they have to offer and I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face as the staff is always fun to talk to.

How does one dictate their experience with a business when for the most part it is genuine and professional. It's when you have someone who is judgmental and assumptive that the business starts to break down. I have utilized this business at both ends. I have pawned due to hard times, and I have purchased. With that, there is an individual that I have found a sense of judgement from. SHE stares hard and says little. As if to say that I wish you weren't here. Anyway. Dealing with anyone else is fine and dandy. With her, you'll know. She stares daggers as if you have brought plague into her personal space. Just something I've noticed. Still a good place to find what you need, or gain some extra cash. Just watch for her. You will be judged.

I want to say thanks for having a good selection of laptops for reasonable prices. I found the perfect one for my needs and within my budget. The staff was helpful as well. I will be back to browse when I have more time. Thanks again

Has a good selection of about everything from movies, jewelry, guns etc. I will be going back. Plus the employees are very helpful.
