HORRIBLE! My account was basically hacked 3 times. So I switched my banks. They knew. And yet they continued to take funds out for auto pay when it had been cancelled and also set up on my new account! Now they sent me to collections for something that was entirely their fault. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BANK HERE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! Even when your bills are paid on time! Disgusting!

Centris is an amazing credit union. They value their members and treat you like family when you come in. The staff is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to open up a new account or that needs a loan.

Worst bank I’ve ever had. Don’t expect them to take care of their customers when something goes wrong or if they make a mistake after they made “updates to improve” their online banking and it causes your account to overdraft $180 because they will fault you anyways. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. They just want your money, take it somewhere that truly cares about you instead....that’s what doing!

I am closing my account at CFCU. I am an OTR truckdriver and I have told them REPEATEDLY that I need to be able to use my debit card nationwide. But yet they are constantly turning it off for "Unusual Activity", which translates to using my card anywhere outside of the Omaha Metro area. I'm done with them.

Claire Ferry is about as good as they come! She cares, responds quickly and always goes above and beyond for anything I need!

Centrist has been my bank of choice since I first opened my own account. I have never driven this far just to go to this exact location. Definitely recommend.

I have tried and tried to call and talk to a person... cannot get anyone! So frustrating.I am considering pulling everything out. they always say if you need anything, "give them a call" yeah right!!!
