Neal Krauss went above and beyond to make refinancing our home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. He was on top of all emails and quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours. He made the whole process very easy, and I hope to work with him again in the future. I can’t recommend Neal Krauss enough!

My experience with Peoples Mortgage was not good. I would not recommend Peoples Mortgage to anyone. I am not sure if they were treating me the way they did because of my race or what exactly the problem was. Emily Zach was not at all professional in my opinion. Did not have the courtesy to respond back to me at all. I am a Business owner in Omaha Nebraska and would rate the experience a negative star if possible.

We met Kristi two years ago and she assessed our finances so we could get where we needed to be to buy. We couldn't be happier with the results! Kristi is an excellent communicator who goes above and beyond to get you into the house for you!
