Service is great! Every time I walk in there I'm greeted. The staff makes me feel welcome, and I've never had a problem there before. I go in there quite often so some of the staff knows me by name, which makes me feel all the more welcome!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They nickel and dime you like crazy, raised their fees, and just shortened their business hours. The people in the corporate office are generally nice and try to be helpful, but the staff at the 168th and Q location are the worst.

I’ve never had an issue here and have been using this bank my whole life! The staff is super helpful and has good suggestions when I have questions.

Call in to see what time you guys close today no one would answer. Automated phone suggested 4pm. I show up @ 1201 locked up and walking out "sorry try again tuesday". Sure glad I came all the way from Plattsmouth. Not sure why I keep banking here, their customer service has never been impressive since core bought centennial. Rick was the only person who ever actually cared there. It was a shame he left.
