Sol's Jewelry & Loan, Omaha, NE

This Sols is managed awesome (and Hayden didn't solicit this review ;) I've been going to this Sol's location since it opened years ago, and I've always been impressed by the competitive pricing and friendly staff! I visit it weekly and always find something fun to walk away with. They excel at service (they make haggling fun) , and it's very clear that they care a great deal about providing a great experience to their customer base. Seriously, this place is one of the best kept secrets in Omaha!

If you want a shady pawn shop experience, complete with no accountability or oversight by management to what their employees tell customers, then this is the store for you! Employees flat out lied about status of certain items, tell you prices that they bait you into until checking out and switch up to get a sale. And when caught, employees will try to laugh it off and jerk you around until you leave. These stores deal in bad faith and likely deal in stolen items. Would recommend steering clear of them.

This place is trash, I would highly recommend not shopping or bringing your business here. Not only will they rip you off, but they also have no problem with selling faulty items and bearing no responsibility whatsoever for it. They also turn away many high value items cuz they think it’s beneath them. My advice is to go elsewhere.

I have been into Sol's a few times to buy guns and the staff is always super friendly and helpful while I am there. I am a gun collector and hunt many different species of animals well over 150 days a year. I own a lot of different calibers and love seeing what I can add to my collection. Sol's has an excellent used gun selection with very competitive pricing. Tyler has always been a huge help and super knowledgeable. If he doesn't have something in stock he calls his other stores to see if they have it. I will definitely be back!

I recently stopped into Sol’s just to browse. I’ve been in the market for diamond earrings for a while and thought I might check out what they had. The store was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and they’ve got a wide jewelry collection. I was able to find a pair of earrings and I thought the price was fair. I’m very happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be back!

Been in a few times to look at jewelry, young lady there is incredibly helpful and very sweet. I think her name was Cassie. Great service, great products.

Each time I visit this location I'm greeted by the most helpful staff. I notice it when I visit other Sols locations just how absolutely friendly the staff at this location is. The products offered here are always top shelf and if you find yourself needing to pawn an item they offer a more than fair price given the current market. If default on a pawn they are quick to rectify. I consider the Sols staff Almost as a second family. Thanks again Sols staff.
