I am a regular customer on an every other week basis and my reason for the visit is taken care of swiftly with much expediency and I am most assuredly on my way whether in the drive through lane or the lobby. I am greeted with the receptionist with a smile and how can I help you attitude. Love it!!1

My loan agent was kind and so very nice. It was an overall great experience! I Highly recommend, if your looking for a loan or just to start an account.

If one can have such a thing as a favorite financial institution - this is mine. Been a member for years, and have never felt that I've lacked any of the "big bank" features or services.

Karen is my go-to, she is the most valuable asset to this bank! I have had some issues I didn't particularly like while dealing with them, but for the most part they are good. If depositing a check of, say, $4,400 they hold it for 3 days, $5,500-7 days. They might release a portion with a good excuse, but it is tight. After banking here and having several loans, a visa bank card, checking and savings accounts for a few years, I still feel like I have no banking relationship with this bank; they have no faith or trust in me. Karen is not included in this review, she should be bank president!!

Every time I have needed services, my questions have been answered, and if the person I am talking with does not know the answers, they have been able to talk with a team member and find out the information I need. When I was not prepared with all the items I needed to complete my goals, the person I was working with told me to take all the time I needed to gather everything and when I returned had most of the paperwork that was needed completed and I was able to complete my transaction. When I had trouble setting up my online banking access, I left a message at First Nebraska Credit Union and my call was returned within a couple hours. The team member that returned my call was helpful, stayed on the telephone with me while I got on my computer, and we walked through the steps together. In an age of computers and self-service kiosks, the personal touch makes a world of difference to me. Thank you First Nebraska Credit Union for your wonderful personal service!

Getting pre-approval for a loan and purchasing the vehicle was supported by First Nebraska Credit Union every step of the way. Communication was caring, personal and friendly. Good job FNCU!

The cashier's and bankers are very helpful. I was given options for a situation that was time sensitive. It worked out fantastic for me. They have great service!!!
