Ford Motor Credit Co, Omaha, NE

Ford Credit is the worst place/company that I’ve ever worked for. The staff is disrespectful and lacks communication. If you ask 5 different team leaders for information you will get 5 different answers so you will never know which information is accurate. They want the employees to deceive the customers with certain practices. Not going into detail, but I believe that is very evil to mislead Buyers and customers instead of informing them of the honest truth. You cannot build trust on lies. FORD CREDIT will ALSO , take the money from your account back after they already electronically deposited in your bank account. I called HR about it twice and left a message.. and they never returned my call.. assuming they know what they did was wrong. Without any reasoning behind it, they just took it out of my account. Had I not of checked my bank account I would’ve thought I still had over 1k from pay day. People have bills to pay and it’s a struggle during these times ! It’s not right to stick your hand in someone’s bank account and take a large sum amount of money. So be aware of the un professionalism and over rated experience of this company.

Worst experience I have ever had. Did not send a bill or coupon book, and then charged a late fee. I had to call the dealer to find out where to send the payment. Just happy to pay the fee, refinance, and get away from the incompetence.

Great company. I have a loan and they have helped me out alot in times of financial distress. Good job!!!
