FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha, Scottsbluff, NE

Over all it's a 3/10 experience. There is always something wrong, but they are quick to fix it. Online banking can take about a week or more to process transactions. And apparently their bank teller Bobbi Padilla would rather have you fill out your own transaction slip, but won't say anything until she can passive aggressively thank you for filling it out. So all in all, it was better as Valley Bank.

Went to use my debit this morning, and it was declined. I tried several times to call someone anyone at FNBO and got the automated nightmare...... It's not a good start. I want my old bank back!!!!

As someone who’s done all my personal and small business banking through FNBNP Scottsbluff for over 7 years now, I have nothing but great things to say about this branch. The employees are always helpful and make banking there a great experience.

Best banking experience I’ve had with both personal and business accounts. We recently moved. I only wish they had a location in MI because I would love to keep using this Great Big Small Bank! Thanks for all the great member service!
